His ability to combine strategic thinking with technical execution is evident in projects such as the NSW WebCMS3 Gradebook upgrade, where he substantially improved system performance—reducing loading times by 90%—and redesigned the platform for enhanced usability and efficiency using React, Flask, and SQLAlchemy. George's current focus is in delivering sophisticated, cost effective AI solutions for appropriate projects
